I hold a doctorate from WITS University, South Africa (Computer Science) and an M.Sc. degree (Computer Science) from METU University ,in Turkey, and a B.Sc degree in Computer Engineering, H.I.E, Libya.
I
was a member of the General Peoples committee for the ministry of formation and
vocational training, and before that I worked at the Higher Institute of
Electronics as a Head of the computer Engineering Department.
